1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FINDESK AI LLC (the Company, we, us) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of users of the FinDesk platform (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Identification data: full name, tax number and business registration data.
• Contact data: email address and phone number.
• Account data: login, hashed password and profile settings.
• Financial data: income, expenses, tax reports, bank statements and documents uploaded by the user.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system and cookies.
• Usage data: visited pages, session time and actions in the Service.

3. Purposes of processing

We process data to provide, maintain and improve the Service; prepare tax reports, documents and income records; authenticate users; communicate about accounts and requests; analyze usage; and comply with applicable Ukrainian law.

4. Legal grounds

Personal data is processed on the basis of user consent, performance of the Terms of use, legitimate interests of the Company and legal obligations under Ukrainian law.

5. Data retention

Personal data is stored while the account is active and for three years after deletion unless another period is required by law. Financial data is retained according to Ukrainian tax requirements.

6. Sharing data

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party marketing. Data may be disclosed to service providers needed to operate the Service, to public authorities when required by law or court order, and when needed to protect the rights, safety or property of the Company or users.

7. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures such as TLS/SSL transmission, password hashing, access controls, backups and security monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights

9. Cookies

Necessary cookies operate without separate consent. Google Analytics and publication view counting are enabled only after you consent to analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics events and deletes the anonymous publication-view identifier.

10. Policy updates

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at findesk.ai/privacy-policy. Continued use of the Service after an update means acceptance of the updated Policy.
